Ash Crest

Ash Crest is a tactical RPG for PICO-8. Command a small band of warriors across grid-based battlefields where combat is resolved through clashing dice — no weapon triangles, just risk and reward.

A lo-fi tactical RPG where grid-based strategy meets dice combat — position your units, read the odds, and hope the dice agree with your plan.

This game is a little palette cleanser for me. I'm annoyed by the lack of progress on my Unity games and I don't have the capacity to learn something like Godot at the moment, so this is a little Fire Emblem inspires PICO-8 game I've been playing around with. Coming soon. Hopefully.
